As a proud community partner, New Avenue Inc. collaborates with Gamers Island to help fund and support impactful esports, STEM, and youth development programming. Through this partnership, the Gaming for Glory program operates year-round, delivering a comprehensive suite of services within safe, welcoming brick-and-mortar spaces.
Together, we provide youth and young adults with a secure and engaging environment where they can learn, build skills, and connect with positive influences—especially during critical times such as after school, on weekends, and throughout school breaks. By maintaining a consistent and supportive presence, this partnership is committed to reducing violence and creating meaningful opportunities that empower youth and strengthen our community.

Youth Broadcasting & Media Empowerment Program
In collaboration with Beat District Radio - KBDR
The Youth Broadcasting & Media Empowerment Program is a transformative media training initiative designed to equip youth (ages 13-18) in St. Louis with technical skills, hands-on experience, and career pathways in broadcasting, podcasting, and digital media. By blending artistic expression, cultural storytelling, and technical media training, this program ensures that St. Louis youth have access to creative outlets, career pathways, and community engagement opportunities in the arts and media industry.

Our youth engagement project helps students learn and develop through participation in organized service. Meeting the needs of their communities through simulations, field trips, also local and celebrity Guest Speakers.

Our youth mentorship program aligns youth ages 16 - 20 with mentors within their communities. Mentors will help the development of a positive relationships with frequent reflective dialogues, so that the mentees can reach their full potential as leaders and productive citizens.
