Community Center Director

Outreach & Community Coordinator
The Outreach & Community Coordinator serves as a key connection between New Avenue Inc. and the community by building relationships, promoting programs, organizing outreach efforts, and increasing community engagement. This role helps amplify our mission through communication, event support, and strategic partnerships.
Program Director
The Program Director leads the planning, coordination, and execution of community and youth-focused programs that align with the mission of New Avenue Inc. This role ensures programs are impactful, organized, and designed to support education, workforce development, and community empowerment.
Workforce Development Coordinator
The Workforce Development Coordinator supports individuals by connecting them with career readiness resources, training opportunities, employment support, and professional development programs. This role focuses on helping participants build skills, gain experience, and achieve long-term career success.
