Kalonda Kent

Chairman

Kalonda is a dynamic leader and entrepreneur, serving as a part owner of Under Grace Home Health and Adult Day Program, U.G. Commissary LLC, and Gamers Island. As an Army veteran, she brings over 10 years of experience in social services, managing state and federal-funded programs, along with 6 years of expertise in small business management. Kalonda holds a Women in Business (WIBO) Certification from the Grace Hill Women in Business Organization and specializes in standard operating procedures, policy writing and implementation, marketing management, human resource development, and financial budgeting. She has also been an active member of the NSBA Leadership Council for Economic Development and Health and Human Resources.

In addition to her entrepreneurial ventures, Kalonda serves as a Community Advisor Board member and is a radio host for KDHX 88.1 FM. She is also a television host for the AH! TV Network, further extending her influence and commitment to community engagement.

 

Tashauna Parker

Chairman

Tashauna Parker serves as the Co-Owner and Executive Director of Under Grace Home Health Agency, Under Grace Adult Day Program, UG Commissary LLC and Gamers Island. She pursued her education at Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville, where she excelled in Mass Communications and Business Management. Tashauna holds the Women in Business (WIBO) Certification from Grace Hill Women in Business Organization. With over 8 years of experience in the medical industry, including roles at Barnes-Jewish Siteman Cancer Center and JC’s Home Health Care Inc., she brings extensive expertise to her current endeavors. Additionally, Tashauna boasts over a decade of business management experience, spanning retail and the Health and Social Services sector, particularly with Under Grace Home Health. Her areas of specialization encompass Marketing Management, Policy Writing and Implementation, Standard Operating Procedures, Finance and Budgeting, and Human Resource Development.

Erica Hagan

President 

Erica LaShawn Hagan is a provisionally licensed marital and family therapist and dedicated health and wellness professional specializing in holistic therapeutic services in both private practice and community settings. She holds a B.A. in Communications, a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy, and a Chancellor’s Certificate in Neighborhood Leadership from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. As a serial entrepreneur, Erica has focused her businesses on family wellness services, emphasizing trauma-informed, holistic healing for youth and families. Her impactful work earned her the 2019 ‘Cultural and Social Engagement’ We Care Award. Currently, she serves as the Clinical Director of Wellness at Better Family Life, providing psychotherapy and leading a team of wellness counselors in holistic mental health approaches. Erica is also a member of the Black Healers Collective, collaborating with Haven of Light Christian Counseling to facilitate therapeutic workshops and deepen community support. As the founder of In RAW Form Wellness, she offers integrative healing methods for emotional and psychological needs, demonstrating her commitment to personalized, community-centered wellness services. With a strong advocacy for integrative health practices, Erica strives to increase access to holistic resources that empower individuals and families, ensuring her continued leadership in the health and wellness field.

Tiffany Johnson, BSN, RN

Vice President

Tiffany Johnson is the proprietor of Nubeing U, a provider of comprehensive Health and Wellness Solutions with a focus on holistic approaches. With 25 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, including roles as a Traveling Nurse at Barnes Jewish Hospital, Tiffany brings extensive expertise to her field. Additionally, she holds a decade of experience in Medical Management and leadership roles. Tiffany earned her Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Webster University, solidifying her foundation in healthcare.

Fornisha Morgan currently serves as the Treasurer for the Metropolitan Sewer District. She previously held the position of Account Resolution Specialist at Alltru Credit Union, bringing over a decade of experience in Banking, Finance, and Tax Management. Fornisha is a proud graduate of Webster University, where she earned her Master's degree in Business Administration. In addition to her financial expertise, she has over 5 years of experience in Social Services, managing State and Federal Funded Programming, further enhancing her ability to navigate complex financial and administrative environments.

Bishop Oliver N. Williams is the Senior Pastor and Founder of Kingdom Living Ministries in St. Louis, MO. With over two decades of ministry experience, Bishop Williams began his pastoral journey in 1998, became a Senior Pastor in 2003, and was consecrated to the Office of Bishop in 2006.  In addition to his spiritual leadership, he serves as the General Manager of Inspired Services, LLC (an Amazon DSP) in Fenton, MO. Bishop Williams is also the Chaplain for the Upsilon Omega Graduate Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., further exemplifying his commitment to both faith and community service.

 A Grammy-nominated producer with significant experience in the music industry, Joe A. Kent plays a vital role in leading the artistic direction and media strategy for New Avenue Incorporated. He guides the development of creative content, mentors youth in media arts, and fosters partnerships with industry professionals, ensuring that the organization stays at the forefront of media innovation and artistic expression. Joe's deep ties to the entertainment industry will provide vital connections for youth career development and community engagement in media.
