Kalonda Kent
Co-Founder
Kalonda Kay Kent is the Founder of New Avenue Incorporated, a respected Army Veteran and community leader with extensive experience in nonprofit governance, real estate development, and mission-driven entrepreneurship. She is the Founder of Beat District Radio, a media and arts platform providing youth nationwide with hands-on training in broadcasting, digital media, audio production, and creative storytelling, using media as a pathway to workforce development and civic engagement. A licensed Realtor and graduate of the Grace Hill Women in Business, Urban Land Institute (ULI) REDI Developers Cohort and UMSL Neighborhood Leadership Fellows programs, Kalonda also serves as Owner and COO of Under Grace Home Health & Adult Day Program and UG Commissary LLC. In addition to leading New Avenue Inc., she serves on several civic and advisory boards, including Head Trustee of Mt. Ivory M.B. Church, Vice President of the Ferguson Special Business District, member of the Ferguson Police Community Council, District 4 Land Banking Task Force, leveraging these roles to strengthen partnerships, guide equitable development, and expand opportunities for youth and underserved communities across the St. Louis region.
Tashauna Parker

Tashauna Parker is the Co-Founder of New Avenue Incorporated and a dynamic community leader dedicated to expanding opportunity for youth and families across the St. Louis region. She also co-owns and operates multiple mission-driven enterprises, including Under Grace Home Health & Adult Day Program, UG Commissary, and Gamers Island, where she integrates workforce development, community care, and youth engagement.​
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications and is a certified Reassessor with the State of Missouri, bringing both strategic insight and hands-on expertise to her work. Tashauna is a graduate of the UMSL Neighborhood Leadership Fellows and Neighborhood Leadership Academy, and holds a Chancellor’s Certificate in Neighborhood Leadership. She is also a graduate of the Grace Hill Women in Business and a member of the National Council of Negro Women.​
She currently serves on the board of the Ferguson Special Business District and the Ferguson Community Engagement Council, where she helps drive initiatives that strengthen communities and support equitable growth.​
Through her leadership, Tashauna continues to bridge service, innovation, and impact—creating sustainable pathways for growth, empowerment, and generational change.

Lady Vania J. Williams is a dedicated Community Living Manager with Easter Seals, bringing over two decades of impactful experience in the social work field. Known for her compassion and consistency, she has touched countless lives through her professional service and personal mentorship.
Affectionately known as “Lady V,” she is a devoted wife of 26 years, proud mother of three, and a guiding presence as a godmother and mentor to many. She also serves as the First Lady of Kingdom Living Ministries, where she leads with faith, grace, and a heart for community.
In addition to her work in human services, she is the owner of Good Stuffed CupCakes, reflecting her creativity and entrepreneurial spirit. Lady Vania is also a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., representing over 22 years of sisterhood, scholarship, service, and finer womanhood.
Through every role she carries, Lady Vania continues to lead with purpose—leaving a lasting impact rooted in service, faith, and love.

Joe A. Kent is a three-time Grammy-nominated producer and accomplished creative executive whose leadership bridges the worlds of entertainment, media, and community impact. As Vice President of New Avenue Incorporated, he helps shape the organization’s strategic vision, guiding both artistic direction and media innovation to expand opportunities for youth and families.

With extensive experience in the music industry, Joe brings a high level of insight, discipline, and industry credibility to his role. He leads the development of creative programming, mentors emerging talent in media arts, and cultivates strategic partnerships that connect young people to real-world career pathways.
Leveraging his deep industry relationships and forward-thinking approach, Joe ensures New Avenue remains at the forefront of cultural relevance and creative expression—positioning the organization as a powerful pipeline for talent development, storytelling, and community engagement.

Fornisha Morgan currently serves as the Treasurer for the Metropolitan Sewer District. She previously held the position of Account Resolution Specialist at Alltru Credit Union, bringing over a decade of experience in Banking, Finance, and Tax Management. Fornisha is a proud graduate of Webster University, where she earned her Master's degree in Business Administration. In addition to her financial expertise, she has over 5 years of experience in Social Services, managing State and Federal Funded Programming, further enhancing her ability to navigate complex financial and administrative environments.

Bishop Oliver N. Williams is the Senior Pastor and Founder of Kingdom Living Ministries in St. Louis, MO. With over two decades of ministry experience, Bishop Williams began his pastoral journey in 1998, became a Senior Pastor in 2003, and was consecrated to the Office of Bishop in 2006. In addition to his spiritual leadership, he serves as the General Manager of Inspired Services, LLC (an Amazon DSP) in Fenton, MO. Bishop Williams is also the Chaplain for the Upsilon Omega Graduate Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., further exemplifying his commitment to both faith and community service.

Tiffany Johnson is a seasoned healthcare professional with over 25 years of experience as a Registered Nurse and a decade in medical management and leadership. She is the proprietor of Nubeing U, providing holistic health and wellness solutions.
A graduate of Webster University, Tiffany has also served as a traveling nurse with Barnes-Jewish Hospital. As Secretary of New Avenue Incorporated, she brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and expertise in compliance and documentation, ensuring effective governance and operational efficiency.
